The REFB wants to partner with local schools to enrich children's knowledge about food, healthy eating, and how they can participate in getting food to hungry children in their community.

Megan Furth Harvest Pantry - This REFB program addresses the need to assist parents understand what foods are best for their children.
Kids' Corner - Links to interesting websites about kids, food, and nutrition.

Network for a Healthy California - Children's Power Play! Encourages 9 - 11 year-old children and their families to eat more fruits and vegetables and get 60 minutes of physical activity every day. Free resources and materials to schools and after school programs where 50% or more of the students are enrolled in Free and Reduced-price meal programs. All others may still use the free resources by accessing the Children's Power Play Campaign.
